Important Guidelines During Coronavirus
  • It is mandatory to carry a Covid 19 negative report from an ICMR approved lab, which must be dated not more than Three Days before the date of travel.
  • Always carry a Hand sanitizer, Face mask, Hand gloves and practice social distancing. Avoid touching your face, nose, eyes and mouth as much as possible.
  • People aged above 60 years, pregnant women and children younger than 12 years old have been advised to stay home.
  • Participants will have to adhere to strict health protocols, including temperature checks, wearing a mask at all times and maintaining social distance.

Overview

The name ‘Tadoba’ is the name of the God “Tadoba” or “Taru”, praised by the tribal people who live in the dense forests of the Tadoba and Andhari region, while the Andhari River that meanders through the forest gives the ‘Andhari’ name. The picturesque views of varied wildlife attraction and rich deciduous forest can be seen in the park.

It is the pristine and unique ecosystem situated in the Chandrapur district of the Maharashtra State of India. The reserve contains some of the best forest tracks and is endowed with rich biodiversity. It is famous for its natural heritage. Tadoba National Park is a large park covered with lush, green forestland which is relieved by smooth meadows and deep valleys as the terrain slopes from north to south. The presence of Tadoba Lake at the park brings perfect biological diversity with great foliages. Tigers, leopards, gaurs, nilgiris, sambars, leopard cats, sloth bears, hyenas and wild boars are some of the wild animals of this park.

Itinerary

Day 1:

Reach Nagpur Junction / Airport in Maharashtra. From here our executive will pick you up and along with all the other passengers, take you to the hotel. After check in, a delicious lunch waits for you. From here we leave for our first, exciting safari in the wilderness of the Tadoba National Park. We explore the nature and see many animals and birds and take in the scenery. This will be our first chance to notice the animals living here such as the Tiger, Leopard, Gaur, Sloth Bear or Indian Bison, Ratel, Rusty Spotted Cat, Indian mouse deer, Spotted deer, Wild Boar, Sambar, Wild dog, Four horned antelope, Flying Squirrel etc. Return to the hotel to have an early dinner and sleep early as we have a long day the next day.

Day 2:

Wake up early morning for an exciting safari through Tadoba National park. We view the habitats of wild animals like the tiger, leopard, sloth bear, wild dogs, panther, barking deer, wolf, and many more. The chances of spotting a tiger and other wild animals here are relatively high! We come back to the resort for breakfast and lunch. And soon, leave for the afternoon safari. The safety is not a problem. The safari jeeps are not dangerous and a guide accompanies you throughout the safari. Also, knowledgeable English speaking guides are there to give you useful information during the safari. Come back in the evening or a delicious dinner and sleep early.

Day 3:

After breakfast, you are free to explore the surroundings and the nature around the hotel. Post lunch leave For Nagpur station / Airport.
